You've Done Everything Right. Your Velocity Still Hasn't Moved.

You're not broken. You're not lazy. You're training against how your body actually wants to move. We assess your nervous system's natural movement patterns and build a program around them, not someone else's template.

Book My Velocity Assessment Call

200+ athletes trained. 94% gained velocity. Average +5.4 mph in ~3 months. 0% went backwards.

Is this for you?

This is for you if

  • ✓You're throwing in the mid-80s to low-90s and you know you can throw harder
  • ✓You've already invested in a coach, program, or system and you're still stuck or regressing
  • ✓You've gained strength in the gym but it hasn't transferred to the mound
  • ✓You've been told to copy someone else's mechanics and it felt wrong for your body
  • ✓You have a report date, showcase, or recruiting deadline and the clock is ticking
  • ✓You're willing to send video and follow a structured plan with daily feedback

This is not for you if

  • ✗You're just starting out and have never trained seriously before
  • ✗You're looking for a quick fix or a magic drill
  • ✗You're not willing to send video of your throwing for feedback
  • ✗You're already throwing 95+ and your only goal is maintenance
  • ✗You want a generic spreadsheet program with no real coaching

If you're in the first group, what's below will show you exactly why you're stuck and how we fix it.

Real athletes · real results

Seed

84→91mph

Trained with MLB coaches and top gurus for two years and stayed stuck at 84. The problem was never strength, it was connection. We linked his lower and upper half and the velocity followed.

Colton

88→94mph · D3 to D1 transfer

Doing lifts that never targeted his actual inefficiencies. Got clarity on his positions, jumped to 94, became a starter, posted a sub-3 ERA, and transferred to D1.

Logan

90→94mph · improved command

6'5 athlete being forced into a back-leg position that caused command issues. We gave him cues that matched how his body wants to move. Velocity went up and his command got better.

In-season jump

85→90mph · in season

Stuck at 85 and grinding through the season, when most guys are just trying to survive it. We found what his body actually needed and he added real velocity mid-season.

Results tracked across all 200+ athletes. Not cherry-picked.

What it actually costs to stay stuck

Every semester you spend at 85 mph instead of 90 is a semester where no coach is calling.

A D1 scholarship is worth $150,000 to $250,000 over four years. A transfer to a better program can change the trajectory of your entire career. But the phone doesn't ring if the fastball doesn't hit the number.

The pitchers throwing 90 to 92 right now are getting calls from college coaches and scouts. You might actually be a better pitcher than them. But if your velocity doesn't match, you're invisible.

Every week you spend training against your body is a week you're burning a window that doesn't reopen. The cost of waiting isn't zero. It's potentially the difference between playing at the level you're capable of and watching someone else take your spot.

Stay at 85 mph

  • No calls from coaches
  • No scholarship offers
  • Invisible to scouts
  • Same program, same results
  • The window keeps closing

Break through to 90+

  • Coaches calling
  • Scholarship opportunities open up
  • Roster spot secured
  • Career trajectory changed
  • You hit the number they're waiting for

And here's what we actually see on our calls

  • The plateau hardens into your ceiling. Every off-season spent training the wrong pattern, "stuck at 85" stops being a phase and starts being who you are. Guys who were projectable at 17 get quietly written off by 20.
  • Forcing the wrong mechanics is how arms break down. A huge share of the pitchers we talk to carry an injury history: elbow, shoulder, UCL. Grinding against how your body wants to move builds tension and compensation, and that's exactly where the pain starts.
  • The recruiting window closes without a sound. You don't get a rejection. The calls just stop, and coaches move on to the next arm that already hits the number.
  • You keep paying coaches who never find the real issue. Two, three programs deep, more money spent, and the gun still reads the same. A generic program can't fix what it never looked for.
What you're actually buying

This isn't a PDF program. This isn't a spreadsheet. Here's what the experience looks like.

The Assessment

We assess how your nervous system naturally organizes movement. Not just "are you mobile enough" but how your body prefers to move: flexion-dominant or extension-dominant, connected or disconnected. We find what no other coach ever looked at.

The Program

Every drill, every lift, every progression is built around your movement tendencies, delivered in the app with your throwing calendar, arm care, and drills. Not a template. Not what worked for some MLB guy. What works for your body.

The Feedback Loop

You send a clip of your throwing. We send back a video breakdown the same day: what we see, what to adjust, what's working. So you're never stuck between bullpens guessing.

Questions you probably have
How does remote coaching actually work?
Everything runs through our app and Discord. You get your workouts, throwing calendar, arm care routines, and drills in the app. You send throwing videos through Discord. We send back Loom video breakdowns with corrections, usually same day. You're not handed a spreadsheet and left alone. You're coached daily.
How much time do I need to commit per week?
Plan for 4 to 5 days of training per week: lifting, throwing, arm care, and mobility. Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes. We build the schedule around your report dates, season, and showcase timeline so it fits your life, not the other way around.
How fast will I see results?
Most athletes see movement changes within the first 2 to 3 weeks as we adjust your patterns. Velocity gains typically start showing in 4 to 8 weeks. Our average athlete gains 4 to 5 mph in about 3 months. Some gain faster, some slower. It depends on how consistent you are with sending video and following the plan.
What does it cost?
Pricing starts at $1,250 for the first month (which includes your full assessment, program build, and onboarding) and $597 per month after that. We also offer pay-in-full options for 4-month, 6-month, and 12-month commitments at $3,000, $4,000, and $7,000 respectively. We'll discuss the right option for your situation on the call.
What happens if it doesn't work for me?
94% of our athletes gain velocity. The 6% who don't usually weren't consistent with sending video or following the program. If you do the work and send the video, you will gain velocity. If we're not confident we can get you results, we'll tell you on the call and we won't take your money.
